Which listings are supported?
Anything with a public Google Workspace Marketplace page: editor add-ons for Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms, Gmail add-ons, Chat apps, Drive apps, Meet and Classroom add-ons. Chrome Web Store listings work too.
Do you need access to my developer account?
No. Notify only reads your public listing page, the same one your users see. Signing in with Google just creates your Notify account.
How fast will I know about a new review?
Depends on your plan: within a week, a day or an hour of the review being posted. Most developers pick daily.
What counts as a listing?
One add-on or app equals one listing with its own subscription. Track as many as you like, each on its own plan: every listing after your first is 50% off. Tracking a whole portfolio? The Agency plan covers up to 10 listings, all hourly, on a single subscription.
Is it billed monthly even on the Weekly plan?
Yes. Every plan is a monthly subscription. The plan name is how often we check your listing, not how often you pay.
When am I charged?
You add a card at checkout but pay $0 during the 14-day trial. Cancel in one click from the billing portal and you'll never be charged.
What about edited reviews?
If a reviewer changes their text or rating, Notify updates the stored review in place. You won't get duplicate emails for the same review.
Do you catch reviews in other languages?
Yes, all of them. The Marketplace displays reviews one language at a time, but Notify collects every language on each check.
